Where we post to
We post to addresses across the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and there is something you want, email studio@liveatthemill.co.uk before you order and we will tell you what it would cost.

When we post
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing. We are a one-person shop, so if something is going to take longer than that we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

How we post
Smaller items go by Royal Mail on a tracked service. Larger and more fragile pieces — furniture, lamps, mirrors, golf bags, framed artwork — go by courier, and we will agree a delivery day with you before it leaves us.

​

Postage is worked out at checkout from the size and weight of what you have ordered. Nothing is added on top afterwards.

How long it takes
Royal Mail tracked: usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Courier, larger items: usually 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Those are the couriers' timescales rather than promises we are in a position to make, but you will have a tracking number either way.

​

How we pack
Almost everything we sell is old and a fair amount of it is fragile, so we pack properly. We also reuse boxes and packing material wherever it is clean and sound. It will not always look smart when it arrives. It will arrive in one piece.

If it arrives damaged
Email studio@liveatthemill.co.uk with a photo of the damage and a photo of the packaging, as soon as you reasonably can after it arrives. We will sort it out — see our Returns page.

Collection
Some of the larger pieces can be collected from the studio by arrangement. Email us before you order if that would suit you better.
